Shipping policy

At Ceramic Elegance, we strive to ensure that your tile order arrives safely and on time. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Transit Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Transit times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

  • Shipping delays are out of our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery & Inspection Requirements

  • All shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • The recipient must inspect all products when receiving delivery, including checking for visible damage to packaging and contents.

  • If there is any issue, it must be noted with the delivery driver at the time of receipt.

  • Failure to inspect at the time of delivery may result in denial of damage claims, as damage claims may not be accepted after the delivery has been signed off as complete and intact.

Damage & Claims

  • Any visible or concealed damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the damage.

  • Claims submitted after this timeframe, or without proper inspection at the time of delivery, may not be accepted.

Shipping Rates & Locations

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship to most states in the continental United States. For locations outside of this area, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delivery delays.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to inaccurate information or unavailability of the recipient, redelivery fees may apply.
